Support That Respects the Individual
Personal Assistance Services are individualized according to the person's authorized needs, preferences, abilities, goals, and applicable service requirements. Our staff provide assistance while encouraging the individual to participate as actively and independently as possible.
Assistance with personal care and activities of daily living, when authorized
Support with daily routines and household activities
Meal preparation and eating-related assistance, when applicable
Community access and participation support
Mobility and other approved physical assistance within staff training and service scope
Health and safety-related daily support within the authorized scope
Supervision and individualized assistance based on assessed needs
Individualized Support Within the Scope of Personal Assistance Services
No individual will be denied participation solely because the individual requires a higher level of support when Supportive Connections LLC has the appropriate staff, training, resources, and authorization to safely provide those supports and the supports remain within the scope of Personal Assistance Services.

Support is provided in a manner that respects personal rights, privacy, preferences, routines, and individual choice.
